Our 50,000 square foot warehouse is centrally located to ship to our 13 Central Distributors serving over 440 service dealers across North America, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, Australia and more.
We have dedicated staff for kit production/assembly and packaging.
And you have only one point of contact for cores or warranties. We centralize core and warranty returns for evaluation and inspection. We perform warranty testing and handle all administrative paperwork for both cores and warranties.
You manufacture the parts and we take it from there
We have a dedicated sales team supported by a group of experienced customer service representatives who process orders, answer questions, and deal with any issues that arise.
For diagnostic assistance or fuel injection inquiries, we maintain a dedicated toll free number direct to our full-time technical support people who have extensive industry experiences and are backed up by hands-on service technicians. We also provide on-line technical support in the "Dealers Only" section of our website. Technical bulletins and Tech Tips reside in this area.
Our marketing support includes a steady program of advertising in industry publications, such as Truck Parts and Service, Fleet Maintenance, Engine Builder, Fleet Equipment and School Transportation News.
We create promotional materials to support our dealer network, and we have an impressive presence in national and regional trade shows. All leads generated are passed on immediately to our service network, and we follow up on their lead fulfillment.
