Diesel Injector Rebuilds and Testing
Alliant Power Oregon specializes in meticulously rebuilding and testing mechanical diesel fuel injectors at our state-of-the-art fuel injection repair shop. As a factory-authorized service dealer for leading manufacturers like Bosch, Stanadyne, Delphi (Lucas CAV), Denso, Zexel, Ambac (American Bosch), and Yanmar, we utilize the latest tools and adhere to the strictest OEM specifications for unparalleled quality.
Our rebuilding process extends beyond basic cleaning and seal replacement. We meticulously replace nozzles, lap sealing surfaces, and precisely set opening pressures for optimal performance. We prioritize the use of genuine Original Equipment (OE) nozzles to ensure the highest quality and reliability. We do not accept aftermarket nozzles or holders from China, as they often compromise injector integrity.
For Bosch Common Rail injectors, we employ the Bosch factory-authorized EPS205 injector test stand. This advanced equipment conducts rigorous testing, including pilot injection, full load, and return fuel quantity assessments, guaranteeing that your injectors meet the stringent performance standards set by the manufacturer.
Gas Injector Service
We have been at the forefront of gas injector service since the early 1990s. We have a long history of flow bench testing, cleaning, and resealing gas injectors, and recently upgraded our capabilities with the latest ASNU Classic GDI test bench. This advanced equipment allows us to service a wide range of injectors, including GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) injectors, as well as older port-style injectors for automotive, motorcycle, ATV, marine (including outboards and E-tec) applications. Our meticulous cleaning and testing methods result in over 95% of injectors being restored to their original equipment manufacturer (OEM) performance levels. Common injector issues, such as deposits, restricted filter baskets, poor spray patterns, and reduced flow, are typically resolved through our thorough service process. However, injectors that are stuck closed due to contaminated fuel or exhibit leaks at the body may require replacement.
