Coil Assembly:
- Every coil is thoroughly tested for wire damage. Defective coils are discarded.
- Nicked or bare wires are repaired using our patented process.
- Bullet connectors and coil cross bolts/nuts are replaced as needed.
- Each coil undergoes rigorous testing, both individually and within a complete injector assembly.
- We reuse or repair coils when possible, keeping costs down without compromising quality.

- Refinished parts are measured for thickness; those below minimum standards are discarded.
