Community Involvement

At Alliant Power, we believe in giving back and being responsible citizens of the communities that we call home. Recognizing this social responsibility, we focus our efforts in four areas:

Ethical business practices
Environmental consciousness

Ethics— We will always conduct business with integrity and respect. Alliant Power promotes safety, respect for our employees, customers and suppliers. We work diligently to honor our internal policies, respect the law and maintain transparency and collaboration in our partnerships.

Environment— Alliant Power recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. We will follow best practices for recycling, conserving energy, using environmentally friendly technologies and products, and donating to organizations that work to protect our resources.

Philanthropy— We are committed to donating a portion of our net income to support non-profit organizations whose mission is to care for children, support veterans, and encourage athletics in our communities.

Volunteering— Alliant Power encourages our employees to volunteer. Volunteering can be done through company-organized programs or individual efforts. This has taken the form of serving meals at the local Ronald McDonald House or biking to raise money for healthy meals for those in need.

There are 1.5 million reasons Alliant Power is considered the industry expert in fuel, electronic and electromechanical systems remanufacturing-that’s how many units we’ve remanufactured to date.

We start by listening to your needs. Then we develop the most effective solutions, including design fixes for high-failure components. From engineering to final assembly and test, our remanufacturing services handle every step of the process.
