Electrical 1

This two-day course prepares the technician to understand electrical principles and practices to be performed during drivability diagnosing. Ohm’s Law is analyzed along with the theory of DC current. Instruction in this course is focused on applying basic electrical theory and use in testing circuits and components such as sensors and actuators found on vehicles with electronic control systems.

Electrical 2

Basic electrical and electronic fundamentals were covered in Electrical 1. Electricity was described as the movement of electrons. This course continues with the types of resistors and variable resistors such as the potentiometer. Circuits with variable resistors will be assembled and reviewed. Construction, plus their uses will be explained and shown on a vehicle. Sensors that use these variable sensors will be analyzed in wiring diagrams. Once the analysis is completed, there will be assigned tasks on the vehicle. Training will continue with the introduction of semiconductors.

Stanadyne De Pump

Technicians will go through the theory and operation of the Stanadyne DE electronically controlled pump. Technicians will get hands on experience which includes disassembly, assembly, usage of the electronic interface package, and calibration of the pump.

Capacitacion En Bombas Stanadyne De y DB4

Los técnicos aprenderan acerca de las bombas Stanadyne DE y DB4. En ambos tipos de bombas, los temas que se cubrirán durante el curso consisten en la teoría y practica acerca del funcionamiento de estas bombas.

BOSCH Electronic Diesel Control & Electrical 1

Bosch Electronic Diesel Control (EDC) training consist of two parts; first one will be an introduction to DC electricity and electronic theory used on vehicle electrical systems. This will include Ohm’s law, electrical diagnosis, wiring diagrams, and wiring circuits using ATech diagnostic boards.

Part two, covers construction and operation of the inline pump mounted RE governor, interaction with the complete system, disassembly, reassembly, testing and failure mode analysis. Use of related Bosch service information, service tools and test equipment.
